1- Orders
Orders will be ready for shipping once your details, as well as product availability and the respective payment have been confirmed. You will receive a first automatic email acknowledging that we have received you order. Within 24h you will receive a second email confirming the availability or not of the product and the instructions for payment. After payment confirmation, the order will be shipped. If you wish to order another size or color of a particular product, please contact us through our contact page.2- Prices
The prices announced on the site already include legal taxes.3- Delivery
Excepting some particular agreement, products sold by Mau Feitio will be dispatched after the payment has been confirmed. Terms of delivery are indicative and Mau Feitio will always do its best to respect them. Nevertheless, a potential delay will not justify the cancellation of the order or any kind of compensation. If the requested products are out of stock, Mau Feitio will contact the client in order to define a new estimate for delivery. Delivery is considered to have been made when the product is put at the disposal of the client and the respective order has been signed by the addressee. If the delivered products do not correspond to the solicited nature or quantity, the client must contact Mau Feitio 48 hours after receiving them. Delivery expenses are paid for by the client.4- Delivery expenses
For purchases above 75€ delivered in Portugal, payed with bank tranfer, the delivery is free. The free delivery does not apply to products on promotion or sale. For lower amounts and for other countries the shipping cost will appear in the shopping cart. You will always be able to check, in the Mau Feitio shopping cart, the evolution and variation of delivery expenses.5- Payment

If damage to the sent products occurs, return expenses will be charged to Mau Feitio (the client must make a complaint up to 48 hours after receiving the product). Every time you are not satisfied with you purchase you can return it to us. In this case return expenses will be charged to you.
