Ana Biscaia was born in 1978 and is a graphic designer and illustrator.
She received the National Illustration Award in 2012 for the book A Cadeira que Queria Ser Sofá, by Clovis Levi.
She founded Xerefé, a small publisher of illustrated books in Coimbra.
