The site www.maufeitio.pt is only for private use. Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of this site without prior written permission is prohibited for purposes other than strictly personal use.

We reserve the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services. It is expressly forbidden to introduce links to our website for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

In the event of any typographical or computer error in the presentation, description or price of the products, the customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement in the applicable legal terms. Likewise, Mau Feitio Lda., has the right to propose changes in the order if the error damages the company.

Regarding product images, the colors displayed may depend on factors such as the device to be used and the resolution and configuration of the screen itself, so the actual color of the product may sometimes not be exactly the same as the color shown in the photograph. However, we always try to use the most similar images to the real product.

The sizes available on the site are European and are displayed in numbers (41, 42, etc.) or marked with international sizes in the form of letters (S, M, L, etc.). If you are not sure what your size is, please check the size guide or contact us at orders@maufeitio.pt by sending an exact link to the article in the email.

Our stock is updated very often. However, if there is a computer error and a product of your order is no longer available, every effort will be made to find a solution and you will receive an email with all the information about the order status. If it is not possible to fulfill the order, the entire amount paid will be reimbursed by the same way the payment was made.


Online orders

Placing an order at www.maufeitio.pt is simple and respects all the rules and laws of Electronic Commerce.

Order processing begins only after confirmation of payment. If your shipping information is not correct or if you want to change your order, please ask for the change or even cancellation by email to orders@maufeitio.pt.


Payments

The following payment methods are available:

    The faster and safer way to make online payments - www.paypal.com - you can associate your debit or credit card to your PayPal account and start making online payments. By choosing this payment option you'll be redirected to PayPal website where you can validate and confirm your purchase.

  • Credit Card
    You can pay your order using Visa ou MasterCard. The credit card payments on our website are 100% secure and processed by PayPal. Please note: only 3DSecure cards are accepted.

  • Klarna
    Klarna is a Swedish payment intermediary company that allows payment of orders in 3 interest-free installments. Shipping

We dispatch orders with DPD and CTT.
All orders are shipped with tracking service and delivered by subscription. After your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive a tracking number via e-mail so you can follow the package.

Please verify that your information for delivery (name, address, postal code) is right and complete. In case of an event of impossibility to delivery the order due to incomplete or incorrect information the expenses arising therefrom are borne by the customer.

The fulfillment of the orders made in our online store is dependent on the availability of the products. Our stock is automated and we try to the maximum that there are no human or computer failures, however small errors may occur.
In case of unavailability of the product, we will promptly inform the customer of the partial or total cancellation of the order, in which the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Orders are shipped after payment confirmation. Delivery times count from the moment of shipping.
After the shipment of the order from our warehouses, the responsibility of the same goes to the carrier. Any delay in relation to the estimated delivery deadline isn't our fault, and we can not be held responsible or entitled to compensation.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via email (orders@maufeitio.pt) or telephone (+351968779455) so we can check the situation.

On orders for locations outside the European Economic Area, additional customs charges may be applied which can not be calculated by us and are always charged to the customer.

Shipping costs may be modified at any time without notice. In these cases, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.

* Azores and Madeira islands: in orders weighing more than 5 kg, extra shipping costs may be charged, and the order may have to be divided into 2 packages if several items are involved. The value of the extra shipping costs can not be estimated automatically at the time of purchase so you will be informed via email along with the payment details.

** International Orders: in orders weighing more than 3 kg, extra shipping costs may be charged, and the order may have to be divided into 2 packages if several items are involved. Pick up in store

Orders placed online can be collected from our physical store:

To do this simply choose the option "Pick up in store" when doing the checkout.
After payment confirmation we will prepare the order and once it is ready to be picked up at the store, a notification email will be sent to the customer.
Orders will be available to pick up within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of payment.
To pick up your order it is mandatory to show an identification document and the order number at the store (ex: XBRMAHMZ).


Exchanges and returns

** Christmas: For purchases made from October 31st, returns until January 31st, 2025 **

You may return your order 30 days after delivery. Please note that, in case of return, shipping costs are at your expense.

To exchange for another product, we kindly ask you to place a new order and return the older one.

How to return?

  1. Fill out the form that followed with the order and place it inside a package along with the respective item(s).
    If you can't find the form, you can download it here.

  2. Send the package by registered mail to the address:

  3. After receiving the order, we will proceed with the refund within a period that may take up to 10 working days.

Returns terms

  • The return period is 30 days after the date of delivery of the order.
  • Returns of products that show signs of use, that have a damaged box or that do not include all accessories, documentation and original labels will not be accepted.
  • Returns of personal items (eg underwear) will not be accepted.
  • Footwear returns will not be accepted whose original box has transport guides or tape attached directly to it.
  • In cases of return, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • The shipping costs inherent to the return are at the customer's expense, as well as customs costs.
  • Returns with postage paid to the recipient will not be accepted.
  • Save proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items that are lost when transporting the customer to our warehouse.

Exchanges and returns in physical store

The return can be made in our physical store within 30 days after receiving the order. Exchanges can also be made at the physical store.

To do this, you must bring the item (s), the order invoice and, in the case of a return, the respective completed form.
In cases of return, the refund will not be made in the store but later, via bank transfer or PayPal or Credit Card refund, depending on the payment method initially used.


Refund deadline

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days after receiving the item (s) in our warehouses.

Product complaint

In order to claim a used product that you believe has some type of defect, please contact us via email (orders@maufeitio.pt). The complaint will be forwarded to the respective brand with a maximum response time to the customer of 30 days.

If you have received a wrong or defective item due to a lapse on our part, please contact us via e-mail (orders@maufeitio.pt). In this situation we assume all charges associated with the exchange or return.

The access and use of the site www.maufeitio.pt implies the total acceptance of the user with respect to the conditions of use in force in each moment. All purchases made on the site www.maufeitio.pt are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese court. If our customer is located outside Portugal we inform that any legal process should be sent to the Portuguese courts.
