In the event of any typographical or computer error in the presentation, description or price of the products, the customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement in the applicable legal terms. Likewise, Mau Feitio Lda., has the right to propose changes in the order if the error damages the company.

Regarding product images, the colors displayed may depend on factors such as the device to be used and the resolution and configuration of the screen itself, so the actual color of the product may sometimes not be exactly the same as the color shown in the photograph. However, we always try to use the most similar images to the real product.

The sizes available on the site are European and are displayed in numbers (41, 42, etc.) or marked with international sizes in the form of letters (S, M, L, etc.). If you are not sure what your size is, please check the size guide or contact us at by sending an exact link to the article in the email.

Our stock is updated very often. However, if there is a computer error and a product of your order is no longer available, every effort will be made to find a solution and you will receive an email with all the information about the order status. If it is not possible to fulfill the order, the entire amount paid will be reimbursed by the same way the payment was made.

The prices of all the products displayed in our online shop - - are presented in euros (€) with taxes included. Any change to the applicable VAT rate will have immediate reflection on the prices of the products. We have the right to change prices at any time. The prices displayed in our online shop are independent of the prices practiced in our physical stores.

    Payment can be made through Apple Pay or Google Pay. These payments are 100% secure, mediated by the global platform Stripe - Note: These options will only appear on compatible devices.


For continental Portugal and Spain the orders are shipped through CTT Expresso. For other locations the orders are shipped through the registered mail service of CTT (Portuguese postal service), who in turn will send the order to the postal services of the country of residence of the customer. All orders are shipped with tracking service and delivered by subscription. After your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive a tracking number via e-mail so you can follow the package.

Please verify that your information for delivery (name, address, postal code) is right and complete. In case of an event of impossibility to delivery the order due to incomplete or incorrect information the expenses arising therefrom are borne by the customer.

The fulfillment of the orders made in our online store is dependent on the availability of the products. Our stock is automated and we try to the maximum that there are no human or computer failures, however small errors may occur.
In case of unavailability of the product, we will promptly inform the customer of the partial or total cancellation of the order, in which the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Orders are shipped after payment confirmation. Delivery times count from the moment of shipping.
After the shipment of the order from our warehouses, the responsibility of the same goes to the transport company (CTT). Any delay in relation to the estimated delivery deadline isn't our fault, and we can not be held responsible or entitled to compensation.

On orders for locations outside the European Union, additional customs charges may be applied which can not be calculated and are always charged to the customer.

Shipping costs may be modified at any time without notice. In these cases, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.

* Azores and Madeira: in orders weighing more than 5 kg, extra shipping costs may be charged, and the order may have to be divided into 2 packages if several items are involved. The value of the extra shipping costs can not be estimated automatically at the time of purchase so you will be informed via email along with the payment details.

Pick up in store

Orders placed online can be collected from our physical store:

To do this simply choose the option "Pick up in store" when doing the checkout.
After payment confirmation we will prepare the order and once it is ready to be picked up at the store, a notification email will be sent to the customer.
Orders will be available to pick up within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of payment.
To pick up your order it is mandatory to show an identification document and the order number at the store (ex: XBRMAHMZ).

Exchanges and returns

If you are not satisfied with the article (s) after receiving the order you can make an exchange or return.

  • For orders made between 28 October and 24 December 2020, exchanges and returns until 31 January 2021. Outside this period of purchase, the period for exchanges and returns is 30 days.
  • There will be no exchanges or returns of articles that show signs of use or have damaged packaging.
  • Items that do not include all accessories, documentation, labels or original packaging will be rejected.
  • Exchanges or returns of personal items (eg underwear) will not be accepted.
  • In case of return, the amount paid for the shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Shipping costs arising from the return are at the customer's expense.
  • Returns will not be accepted with postage paid to the recipient.
  • Shipping of the item(s) of exchange applies the cost of a new shipment which you can see here.

Please note: Items purchased with promotional codes can be exchanged for articles of equal or lesser value with the same discount obtained on the initial purchase. In case of exchange for articles of higher value, the value of the difference between the amount paid on the initial purchase and the whole value of the item for exchange will be calculated.

How to make an exchange or return?

  1. Fill out the form that was sent within the order. If you can not find it, you can download it here.
  2. Prepare a package by placing the form inside it as well as the respective item(s).
  3. Check that the package is correctly closed and wrapped.
  4. Send us the packaging with tracking service. You must ship to the address:

  5. Please keep the proof of shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost on their way to our warehouse.

Refund deadline

The refund in case of return or exchange for a lower value item will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days after receipt of the item(s) in our warehouses.

Product complaint

In order to claim a used product that you believe may be defective, please contact us via email ( or telephone (+351968779455). The complaint will be forwarded to the respective brand, with a maximum response time of 30 days.

If you have received a wrong or defective item for some period of time on our part, please contact us by email ( or telephone (+351968779455). In this situation we assume all charges associated with the exchange or return.

Upon receipt of the item back in our store, the claim will be reported to the brand and the maximum customer response time is 1 month.

If the manufacturer accepts the claim as a defective product you'll be able to choose if you want an exchange or a full refund.
